Life is like a roller coaster. One minute you’re on top of the world, hands in the air, smile on your face…and the next minute you’re screaming at the top of your lungs, holding on for dear life, and just praying you don’t pee your pants.
And yes…you can quote me on that!

I was so thinking that just the other day. Thinking about the movie Parenthood where Steve Martin is having a mini meltdown and the Grandma tells the story about the roller coaster, later he comes to realize how smart Grandma is. Hold on to the happy moments and ride out the not so good moments.
